The whole impartial story??

Some people seem to think that people are crazy when they say the media is biased and has an agenda. They scream conspiracy theory! They say we're not seeing the big picture. On Yahoo Answers you can read what real people are responding to the question of, "Is the Media Biased" here are just a few choice examples, but are by no means the only ones.

        ...of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Don't Do Nothing

Hello, welcome to my blog, Don’t Do Nothing. I have intentionally used a double negative in naming this blog in order get you to stop and think about what you just read. I’m hoping by reading a sentence which you expect to be written a certain way(i.e.: without a double negative) that you will have a momentary pause as your brain resolves the conflict between what you expect to read and what your eyes are reading. My goal in doing this is to get you to consider what not doing nothing might actually imply. Another way of saying it is, it doesn’t matter what you do, just do it. Hopefully my clever ruse will work and I will have caused you to do something that is vitally important, yet often disregarded. I will have made you engage your brain and start to think.
